The Fort Payne Kiwanis Club works to support children and charities that help children. We are comprised of a diverse group of members from Fort Payne, that includes business owners, educators, retirees, and everything in between. We share a common bond of enjoying fellowship and great times together while working to improve the lives of young people in our community.
While this list is not complete, we are pleased and honored to have been able to do the following in recent years:
- Award college scholarships for graduating seniors from Fort Payne High School
- Work with and support the Key Club and Builder's Club, at Fort Payne High School and Middle School, respectively
- Purchase the first Promethean board for the Fort Payne High School, that spurred a community movement to place one in each classroom
- Award grade school students for academic achievement
- Built Kiwanis Pavilion at fields beside Wills Valley Recreation Center
- Purchased 10 iPads & cases for FPHS students
- ...and much more
We couldn't do any of these things without your support! Please try your best to support our fundraisers.
